I have a 17-year-old Friesian with anhidrosis. I live in Georgia and the heat index rose to 106 degrees. My Friesian was really suffering with the heat. I would hose him down, throw on the equicool down wrap and his panting would subside. I kept the wrap misted and flopped it every so often and he continued to stay cool. I have tried many potions and products, equicool down really saved him this year.
