Equi Cool Down is a United Staes company based in the state of Florida. In stock items are shipped promptly and should arrive within 7-10 business days depending on your location. We ship orders on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

We offer shipping via USPS, so that you can have confidence that your package will arrive to you safe and sound in a timely fashion. In addition to shipping within the United States, we also ship to Australia, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, France, and the Netherlands. Shipping rates vary by country and location, and we use USPS for international shipments. The easiest way to determine how much it will cost for us to ship Equi Cool Down products to you, is to add the items you wish to order to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will have the opportunity to enter your shipping address and calculate shipping options and costs prior to completing your order.


Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we stand behind all the products we offer with an Unconditional 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  This guarantee means that if you are not satisfied with any ECD purchase within 30 days of purchase direct from Equi Cool Down (please see note regarding purchases from retailers and distributors) for any reason, contact us.  With ECD, you will always be satisfied.
